In September 2019, the RHC Master Association, Inc. purchased the River Hills Country Club from the previous owner of 12 years. The HOA purchased the River Hills Country Club to manage and operate the private country club in a fashion and manner that would enhance the already legendary scenic beauty of one of the most beautiful communities in Florida.
The sale included all amenities of the club including the golf course, clubhouse, tennis and pool complex, playground, basketball courts and practice facilities. Immediately upon the purchase the club embarked on a M capital improvement plan.
- Entire interior clubhouse renovation(floors, paint, lights, fans, furniture and fixtures)
- New pump system for all HOA property and greenspaces
- Golf course maintenance equipment upgrades
- New kitchen equipment
- Repaved and striped parking lot
- New landscaping around entire amenities
- New clubhouse exterior lighting package
- Renovated (8) Har Tru tennis courts
- Installed LED Tournament Quality Lights at the Tennis Facility
- Renovated Sports House (Pool and Tennis)
- Renovated locker rooms at Sports House

- Extensive tree project on the golf course and clubhouse area
- New artificial turf driving range complex
